Job Overview:
We are seeking a Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stocking and organizing merchandise in our store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Stock shelves with products according to company standards
- Use RF scanner to track inventory and update stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating items
- Operate a forklift to move and organize heavy items (optional)
- Handle produce items with care to maintain quality and freshness
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with sales activities as needed

Skills:
- Experience in retail sales or stocking preferred
- Proficiency in using an RF scanner for inventory management
- Strong customer service skills to assist shoppers effectively
- Ability to stock, organize, and rotate merchandise on shelves
- Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus
- Knowledge of handling produce items is beneficial
- Capability to load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail to maintain product displays and cleanliness
- Willingness to assist with sales tasks when required
